Five ways we work with students.
Single-Module 护航 · One Trimester
One trimester, one module. We work alongside one specific assessment — a 4,000-word essay, a coursework portfolio, a final exam, a capstone project. Includes weekly sessions, rubric mapping, structured drafting milestones, and one mandatory school-tutor review before final submission. Most suitable for students who only need help on one demanding module per semester.
SGD __ per trimester (3-month cycle). Fees on enquiry.
Full-Semester 护航 · Multi-Module Bundle
Three to four modules across one trimester. We sit down with the student in week one, build a study plan for the whole semester, allocate Leonard / Victor / Ruby across the modules, and then run the cycle. Includes coordination across tutors, mid-semester progress review with parents (bilingual), and a final submission audit.
SGD __ per trimester (bundled discount vs. single-module). Fees on enquiry.
Music Programme 护航 · Raffles Music College and similar pathways
Led by Ruby Zhou — Founder of Ruby's Music Rainforest (音乐雨林工作室), singer-songwriter and vocal coach, Master's in Popular Music Vocal Performance (University of West London), and a two-time award-winning composer (Best Melody Award at NUS-hosted 心情溶剂; SGSW "Write My Own Song" Best Song Award — both songwriting categories). Previously: Head of Children's Vocal Training at Lee Wei Song School of Music. Covers popular songwriting modules (词曲创作), vocal performance modules, popular music modules, and children's music pedagogy modules. Suitable for Raffles Music College diploma and degree students, LASALLE / NAFA / University of the Arts Singapore (UAS) music pathways, composition and vocal-major audition preparation, and Lee Wei Song School of Music adjacent pathways where songwriting, vocal, and children's-music tracks are assessed.
SGD __ per module / per term. Fees on enquiry.
Portfolio Mentorship 作品集护航 · Single-Mentor, End-to-End
A dedicated portfolio engagement led by Ruby Zhou: one student, one mentor, end-to-end — idea → lyrics → melody → arrangement → vocal performance → recording. Because Ruby holds both songwriting awards (Best Melody / Best Song) and performing credentials (Master's in Popular Music Vocal Performance, performing artist), a student does not have to stitch together a separate composer, vocal coach and producer. Designed for final-year portfolio submissions and applicants to LASALLE, NAFA, University of the Arts Singapore (UAS — NAFA + LASALLE migrated to UAS for degree-awarding from August 2024), Singapore Raffles Music College (SRMC), Lee Wei Song School of Music advanced programmes, and overseas music colleges (Berklee, Trinity and similar). Deliverable: a portfolio submission package at school-requirement standard (multiple tracks if required), with creative-process documentation suitable for academic review. Can be paired in parallel with VIVA's core academic-tutoring lines (e.g., a music-theory paper 护航 by Ruby).
Per-portfolio engagement, SGD __ — agreed in writing per scope. Fees on enquiry.
