Leonard founded VIVA after graduating with First-Class Honours from Kaplan's UCD Bachelor of Business Studies programme, on a Kaplan scholarship. He coaches business strategy, management, marketing, and undergraduate essay craft — the same Northumbria, UCD, Murdoch and BCU assessments he sat himself. His tutoring is rooted in evidence-led writing, structured argument, and correct AI declaration under each partner university's policy.

Victor Liu 刘维克

Academic Tutor — Technology, Analytics and Quantitative Modules

Victor holds an MSc from the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Technopreneurship and Innovation Programme (TIP). He brings a STEM-graduate's structured analytical method to undergraduate IT, computer science, cyber security, business analytics, and the quantitative cores of business modules. He is fluent in Python, SQL and data visualisation, and coaches AI tool usage in line with each partner university's framework.

Ruby Zhou 周入榆

Founder, Ruby's Music Rainforest 音乐雨林工作室 — Singer-Songwriter & Vocal Coach

Ruby is the founder of Ruby's Music Rainforest (音乐雨林工作室), her own independent studio in Singapore. She is a singer-songwriter and vocal coach holding a Master's in Popular Music Vocal Performance from the University of West London, and as a songwriter she has won two Singapore-level composition awards — the 25th 心情溶剂 Best Melody Award (NUS-hosted, songwriting category) and the 2023 SGSW "Write My Own Song" Best Song Award (also a songwriting category). She both wrote and performed the 2023 original MV 《月亮下的太阳花》, and wrote lyrics for the 2024 Hangzhou Asian Games-related song 《拥抱太阳》. Previously: Head of Children's Vocal Training (童声教学主管) at Lee Wei Song School of Music (李伟菘音乐学院). Her teaching blends vocal pedagogy with the Orff Schulwerk approach. She tutors popular songwriting (词曲创作), vocal performance, popular music, and children's music pedagogy modules for Raffles Music College and related Singapore music pathways, and mentors end-to-end portfolio submissions from idea to final recording.

All three tutors operate within the academic-integrity framework of each partner university. All AI tool usage in coached coursework is declared in line with the relevant partner university's policy. VIVA does not ghost-write. We require at least one school-tutor review pass before final submission.
